All services provided by Custom Designs Work are delivered digitally. No physical products, printed materials, or hardware are shipped. All deliverables are provided electronically via Figma file sharing and/or secure file transfer.
Timelines run from the date the completed project brief is received — not from the date of payment. The following timelines apply to each service:

Timelines assume timely client feedback during the revision stage. Delays caused by late client response may extend the timeline. The Studio will communicate any extensions promptly.
On project completion, the Studio shares the Figma file with view-and-export access. Export files (SVG, PNG, PDF, AI as applicable) are delivered via a secure file transfer link. The link is active for 30 days. The client is responsible for downloading and storing all files within this period.
Deliverables are considered accepted if no written objection is received within 7 business days of the delivery notification email. After this period, the project is considered complete.
Purchased support hours are available for use from delivery confirmation. Support hours are fulfilled within the standard working week (Monday to Friday, Italian business hours). Hours are valid for 60 days from delivery of the main project.
