Custom Designs Work provides custom digital design services. Because each project involves bespoke professional work commissioned specifically for each client, refund conditions reflect the stage of work completed at the time of any cancellation or dispute.
If you cancel before completing the project brief form and before any design work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact hello@customdesignswork.com to cancel. Refunds at this stage are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
If you cancel after submitting the project brief but before the first design deliverable has been shared, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value applies to cover brief review, research, and preparatory work. The remaining 75% will be refunded.
Once the first design deliverable (wireframes or initial concepts) has been presented, the project is considered commenced in full. Refunds are not available at this stage unless the Studio has materially failed to address the agreed brief after the revision round has been used. In such cases, the Studio will work to resolve the issue before any refund is considered.
No refund is available once final files have been delivered and accepted by the client.
Purchased support hours that have not been used may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within 30 days of purchase. Used support hours are non-refundable.
In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us directly at hello@customdesignswork.com before initiating any chargeback process. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in the matter being escalated to Stripe's dispute resolution process.
